The Role
Are you obsessed with digital storytelling, algorithms, and the latest tech trends? We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take ownership of our digital presence. Your primary goal will be to build a strong, consistent brand identity, outmaneuver our competitors, and foster a highly engaged online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Manage and scale our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, and produce highly engaging, trend-driven content tailored to tech enthusiasts.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement rates.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor the local and global e-commerce landscape to ensure our brand remains one step ahead.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with our audience, responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign success, and adjust strategies based on data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or the tech/gadget industry is highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and audience behavior.
- Hands-on experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
- Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Bengali.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple brand initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
